PFW Fall 10: Chloe

I have been absolutely desperate waiting for the Chloe show, every season I fall more and more in love with visions Hannah MacGibbon creates for the house each season. And as always, I absolutely adore the collection.

For Fall, if it wasn't already confirmed, Chloe made it official that camel is the new black - doing beige on beige on beige. With a little grey, denim, rust and black thrown in. The clothing was exactly what everyones been needing; simple, grown up, laidback and chic. Of course this look requires well made pieces in lovely fabrics, but the beauty of it is that it's pretty DIYable for those of us not on a Chloe budget. I can't wait till it gets cool enough to get wear my camel cashmere blazer, definitely paring it with denim shirts for a pop of laid back colour.

The shoes were another high point of the collection - boots and loafers in wearable, earthy shades and obsurdly comfortable-looking wedges.

The bags were also an example of simplicity and chic - the anti-It-Bag if ever there was one. Timeless, classic and go-anywhere.
